Term & Condition

The price includes taxes and duties, but excludes entrance fees and other costs
Tipping is always welcome but not mandatory. Salzburg Experience customers typically tip between 5% and 15% of the purchase price, depending on the duration and quality of the experience.
We also appreciate you taking the time to rate your tour online.
In the case of EU corporate customers, the VAT obligation is transferred to the service recipient.

The organizational fee cannot be cancelled.
Payment is made by bank transfer or online. You will receive an invoice with the account details.

Cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the tour
After that, up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
From this 24-hour period or if the group does not appear at the agreed meeting point, the tour is deemed to have taken place and the full tariff without deduction is due.
Delays are included in the tour time.
The Austria Guide’s liability is limited to the amount of the agreed fee.
Participation in a guided tour is at your own risk.

Guided tours are conducted in accordance with current COVID rules.

For delicacy tours, the price depends on the number of participants and will also be charged if fewer than booked participants show up on the day of the tour.
If there are early cancellations, the price will be recalculated and charged to you.

Cycling is at your own risk.
Participants must be healthy and fit for an easy bike ride.
Participants must have learned to ride a bike and be able to move safely on a bike.
