The payment will be by bank transfer (free of charge!) when receiving the invoice from Salzburg Experience OG.

We need the exact number of participants 3 days before the tour start.

This number of people also serves as a basis for billing.

A cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the tour,

5 days to 24 hours before the start of the tour we charge a cancellation fee of € 200.

From this 24-hour period or if the group does not appear at the agreed meeting point, the tour is considered to have taken place

and the full amount without deduction is due.

Delays are included in the tour time.

is limited to the amount of the agreed fee.
